From Wijerama House to Marlborough House – the Story of Creating Capacity for Data Driven Health Care in Sri Lanka and Beyond.
It was a great honor to announce that, the chairman of CWCDH, Vidya Jyothi Prof. Vajira H.W. Dissanayake, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Chair and Senior Professor, Department of Anatomy, Genetics and Biomedical Informatics, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka made a historical milestone in Sri Lanka’s Biomedical & Health Informatics domain by delivering the Dr E M Wijerama Endowment Oration for the year 2021 on 30th of October 2021, at 7:15PM (IST) at the Lionel Memorial Auditorium, Wijerama House, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka.
It was a heartfelt journey of a pioneer who took leadership in advancement of Biomedical & Health Informatics domain of Sri Lanka from local context to Regional, finally up to global level of perfection.
